Iron Realty, LLC is the development collaboration of local businessmen, Nate Weiss, a Real Estate Broker, property manager and owner of Weiss Realty, LLC; Scott Gladstone, a Realtor and owner of several local Wireless Zone Stores, a Verizon Wireless premium retailer; and Mark Asnes, former Executive VP and Chief Operations Officer, Automotive Technologies, Inc., a 400+ store chain of wireless franchises across the country. The three have also recently created a division called Real Estate Seekers, LLC for the sole purpose of acquiring properties throughout the country. They have successfully developed and renovated apartment complexes, constructed condominium complexes, created sub-divisions, built custom homes, own and manage apartment buildings, own and manage commercial buildings, and own and manage mobile home parks.
Matt Riley, our property manager, joined our team in 2007. Matt is instrumental in maintaining our properties, in addition to overseeing our rental department.
